Normal mode:

 <li>Tap a square to clear it.</li>
 <li>Tap and hold to flag.</li>
 <li>If a numbered square has that many flags next to it, tap it to clear the rest (quick open).</li>
 <li>Tap an empty square to change the control mode (quick change mode).</li>
